The Cass County Sheltered Workshop Association was organized as a non-profit group to transport 11 individuals to the facility in Grandview.

1976
Casco received Cass County's first levy to improve services for individuals with disabilities.

1977
Gerald Lawler hired as CEO.

1978
Casco relocated to 1800 Vine Street, Harrisonville, MO 64701

1985
Peggy J. Kutchback was appointed Executive Director.

1991
Community Employment Services began.

1995
Day Habilitation Program began.

2000
Introduction to Source America sewing projects, formerly known as NISH sewing projects.

2007
Targeted Case Management began.

2009
Recycling of clothing began.

2014
Robert Greenwood became CEO of Casco.

2021
Residential Services began.
